Pilates for Life instructors are certified through a nationally recognized certification program, The Pilates Coach Training Systems. We have a lifetime of movement experience, either in dance, fitness, and/or athletics. Several instructors are in the process of becoming certified personal trainers, and we also have two licensed physical therapists on staff who will work with your personal physician to assist in your full recovery and rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation

Lyndsey Byrd
Lyndsey Byrd graduated from Delta State University with a bachelor's degree in biology and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Lindsey currently practices at NewSouth Neurospine with emphasis in the outpatient orthopedic population as well as manual therapy techniques.  Resides in Madison, Mississippi with her husband Brett and their two dogs Ripken and Zoey.  Hobbies include Pilates, biking, running, and reading.
